1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OnePageProjects ("Service"), operated by SaaS Club LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
OnePageProjects is a project management tool that allows teams to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate on a single page. We provide the Service on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You'll be billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual).
Payment
All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content and Data
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for providing the Service.
Data Portability
You can export your project data at any time through your account settings.
Deletion
When you delete content, we'll remove it from active systems but backups may persist for a reasonable time.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Service Availability
Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
Modifications
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Support
We provide email support during business hours for paid accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by SaaS Club LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaS Club LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.
